L’incantu offers a 7-day freediving course for all levels in an exceptional setting close to the Scandola Reserve.
In total immersion in the small village of Galeria, the program is simple: from apnea to waking up with specific stretching to dinner.

We’ll take a look at :

• The different techniques for swimming with two fins and a single fin,
• Managing freediving safety,
• Nutrition and food,
• Specific compensation techniques (using specific tools),
• The use of the heavy sledge for unique and unforgettable sensations,
• A personalized video debriefing after each day to see how you’re progressing,
• And don’t forget to explore the rich and exceptional fauna.

We’ll take time for Corsican siestas and delicious meals typical of the region in the center’s restaurant.
There is just one condition for taking part in this exceptional course: knowing how to balance ear pressure beyond 3-5 meters, which will ensure greater comfort for all participants.
